During my travels, the call to go abroad is usually strong. But this summer I discovered my own country, Nova Scotia to be exact! After 7 months abroad, I felt the need to combine travelling and working with a local company from Montreal. I happily moved on to a new chapter – goodbye TV contracts ! I got the privilege to accompany groups of cyclists as a tour guide!

This 1st contract allowed me to discover the beautiful Cabot Trail loop, experience wonderful encounters and share unique moments with clients. As a tour guide, you have to be comfortable with new places, logistics, multi-tasking, be able to adapt quickly, execute a broad range of different tasks and be prepared for the unexpected. It can sometimes be a bumpy ride, but it’s all worth it when you witness the joy on people’s faces and how grateful they are at the end of the day.
